Fintel Energija a.d. has acted as one of the leading companies in wind energy in the Balkans for almost a decade and it is nowadays the leading Independent Power Producer in the Serbian energy market. Fintel Energija a.d. was the first ever company to install and operate wind farms in Serbia back in 2016.

In 2018 Fintel Energija a.d. listed its shares on the organized market – Belgrade Stock Exchange (Ticker FINT). It was the first IPO on Sebian stock market after almost 80 years. The process of Initial Public Offering of the Company’s shares ended on 30. October 2018. Since that Fintel Energija a.d. is owned by institutional investors as well as retail investors.

Majority shareholder of Fintel Energija a.d. is Fintel Energia Group S.p.A, a leading Italian renewable energy player. Fintel Energija a.d success strategy benefits from its integrated business model, managing in-house the majority of the entire renewable energy value chain (i.e. from obtaining building permits and connection rights to construction and operation and maintenance).

Fintel Energija a.d. is engaged in the development, construction and operation of a solid and high performance wind portfolio composed by 13 wind farms in the northern and north-eastern area of Serbia, with total planned installed capacity of almost 1 GW. The total planned investments in all wind farms is over 1 billion of euros.
