First wind farm in Southern Banat
MK Fintel Wind has opened the first wind farm La Piccolina in Southern Banat near Vršac with installed power of 6.6 megawatts, which will supply around 5,500 households.
The investment value is about 10 million eur. This is only the second wind farm in Serbia and represents only the beginning of Serbia's journey on the way to become a serious energy producer from renewable sources, said the Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antić.
