Fintel Energija - Satisfied with selling shares in the company so far
20/09/2018 - "I am satisfied with the response we had so far. We have attracted a large number of
institutional investors, pension funds, and many families who want to invest in our ambitious program.
By selling shares, we are increasing the capital that we will invest in our projects in Serbia and
neighboring countries in order to become one big regional player. Serbia has been very influential in this
field over the past several years, and we want to make additional contribution in this regard", said
Tiziano Giovannetti, Director of Fintel Energija a.d, on the occasion of his guest appearance in 150
Minutes TV show broadcast on TV Prva.
The sale of shares in the company Fintel Energija will lasts until 29 October 2018, and the registration of
shares will be carried out in the investment company M&V Investment a.d., Belgrade, Bulevar Mihaila
Pupina 115e.
