Fintel Energija a.d. shares to be traded for the first time on the Belgrade Stock Market
20/11/2018 - Trading shares of Fintel Energija on the Belgrade Stock Exchange for the first time has started today. The shares of Fintel Energija will be traded through a method of continuous trading, and indicative, or initial price on the stock market today was 500 dinars per share.
The process of Initial Public Offering of Fintel Energija shares ended on 30 October, and over 1.5 million shares were subscribed during the offering period, which was set as a minimum threshold for the success of this process.
With this procedure, Fintel Energija has collected 755.2 million dinars necessary for further business operations and expansion of the wind farm network in Serbia.
The Director of Fintel Energija Tiziano Giovannetti said that he is very satisfied with the interest and trust of investors, and that he hopes that trading with shares of Fintel Energija on the Belgrade Stock Exchange will cause the same attention.
The shares of Fintel Energy are included in the Prime Listing of the Belgrade Stock Exchange, as the highest quality segment of the domestic capital market.
