Giulio Moreno

Giulio Moreno has been appointed as Independent Member of the Board of Directors in November 2021.

After different experiences in two UN agencies from 1986 to 1989, he joined  ENI (Italian Oil and Gas company) from 1989 to 1999 with different assignment as the Head of Representative office in Washington D.C., Responsible of the Asian Desk and in charge for multilateral cooperation.

Since 1999 till 2017 he served in EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) in different roles such as Head of Mission in Albania, Kosovo, B&H and Montenegro as well as responsible for merge and acquisition in Western Balkans for equity participations in financial institutions based in London.

From 2018, he joined the Supervisory Board of PBZ (Banca Intesa in Croatia) and from October 2018 until July 2021 he served as Regional Advisor for BIB (Banca Intesa Serbia).
